If you purchase a product or service through this website (or another website such as eBay or Amazon) your personal details are passed to the company ABC SOFTWARE to fulfill your order (see ABC Software's Privacy Policy below). Your address and payment information is not stored on this website.
After Sales Support and downloads. This website provides an automated system to allow customers to receive or download software updates and to check when their paid support expires. In order to do this, the website stores a very limited amount of personal information as follows: Product serial number, company name, contact name (optional), email address (optional), product options, support expiry date.
In order to fulfill your order you must provide us with certain information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide additional personal information such as telephone numbers or preferred staff contact names.
The legal base on which we rely to collect, use, store or share your information is that we need it to provide our services to customers including fulfill your orders, provide after-sales support, or notify you of technical issues or product updates.
We never share your information to other companies for marketing purposes.
The very limited reasons and limited circumstances we have to share information are as follows:
