Stock levels not updating

My stock levels are not updating.

Can anyone sugest how I can make this feature work?

We have between us come to the conclusion that it is not working because I have not been performing "month ends"....all I need to do now is.....

Now it occurs to me that I can only get up to date stock totals on the same day that I do a month end.

How useful is that?

If you are entering Stock (sales or purchases) for the current month, then the Stock Quantity will change immediately.

However, if you enter stock with a future date (eg. next month), you are telling ABC that next month the stock Quantity will change -- so you do not see the change now. When you run the Month end, those stock changes become current and will then update the stock quantity.
