New Support Website

There is now a section of the ABC website for handling After Sales support and software updates.

You can log on there to check your support status, and pay to renew support using credit/debit card or PayPal.
Existing ABC users do not need to create a new account -- we have pre-registered you all. If you haven't received your preset Password through the post, you can phone or email us for it.

In addition, the ABC6 software now will automatically check your support status when you start up (assuming you are connected to the internet) and then display a message at the bottom left of your screen to indicate when your support expires. You only get free software updates and telephone help while you've paid for support.

If you don't have support but do require a one-off update or a new installation of ABC, you can pay for just one month of support to enable you to download software for a month (and telephone for help if you get stuck -- eg. transferring to a new computer).

Of course you can also still send us a cheque or BACs payment instead. This support website is just an extra facility for those who prefer to do everything online.

(Actually, we are doing more website work these days, and this support website was a means of practicing our skills of using PHP and mySQL to produce a dynamic website that interacts with ABC Accounts -- more to follow).
(There is no question about ABC that we can't answer :-)
