Reverts to week 1

When you go into Pay Run on ABC Payroll, it attempts to be helpful and will set the week number to match today's date; this is often what is required. Of course you can (and Should) check the week number is correct and change it if required.

Last year was unusual in that there was no new payroll software required in the middle of the year, and hence we used the same version for the whole year. A consequence of this is that when the Payroll detects the date is 30th March or later AND that you are using the April version of software, then it mistakenly thinks you must be wanting Week 1. We will try to blame the computer for being stupid, but some of you will figure out it was programmed like that and so it isn't really the computer's fault.

Anyway, just set the week number to what it should be (eg 50 or 51), and carry on.
