4 year old Payroll

In my ABC5 Main Program Menu, after ACCOUNTS, TYPING, etc, it lists:

PAYROLL 2007/2008 C1
PAYROLL 2008/2009 A1
PAYROLL 2004/2005 C2

The first two Payrolls should be there (current year and previous year), but somehow the 2004/2005 Payroll has never disappeared. I don't suppose it does any harm just sitting there. And I've been busy ignoring it for the last few years. But do you think I should delete it? And, if so, how?

It does no harm. But it is taking up disk space and a line on your menu. So I will email you instructions on how to delete it. (it is easy).
