version A4 of the 2017-18 Payroll (free update from our website if you have an older version of 2017-18) includes the facility to reprint Payslips or Pay Summary from any previous PayRun.
This version also incorporates improved messages on screen to guide users if they try to do something not permitted at that time. eg. Instead of the "Finalise" button just being disabled, you can now click the button and get a message like "You cannot Finalise the Payrun until you have either paid all staff, or ticked the box to say no more staff need paying this week".
