The ABC Payroll now allows you to email payslips and P60s to employees. We have the option to allow these to be encrypted, but have not yet implemented this feature -- contact us if you think it is needed.
For Workplace Pensions ABC Payroll can calculate the amounts and produce the required CSV file your pension provider might require (and if your particular Pension Provider is not on the list, we can very quickly add them to it on request).
Instead of using Week Number to specify a PayRun, the ABC Payroll now gives each PayRun a unique number, and this is used as the identifier. The reason for this is to allow you to have more than one PayRun in the same Week or Month.
The ABC Payroll now retains all payslips for the year. This allows you to reprint any previous payslip.
