One of our programmers had nothing to do over Christmas and presented us with a neat new feature for ABC6. Now there is an option on the TOOLS Menu (top of Main Menu screen). Tools > Update from website.
Selecting this option will cause ABC6 to connect to our website and download any available updates for your ABC programs. (Assuming your computer is connected to the Internet of course). The update will be installed automatically next time you startup ABC (you always get the option to cancel).
Keeping up to date is now just one click. (we could make ABC automatically check for updates once a week and update itself without telling you, but I hate my computer doing things without asking and maybe you do too. Give your comments here.
Any of the other ways of updating are still valid; manually downloading from the website, or using a CD we send you through the post.

Yes, I would like updates to be fully automatic. (You could make it optional for those that do not like it).

Just like 'Windows Update' !! You will be automating off-site ftp backups next!
