Faster response with large customers

The updates to ABC in summer 2021 have included many changes to speed up sales invoicing and entering money received. If you are only sending a few invoices a day you won't notice any difference, but we have some ABC users sending hundreds per day.
And a few ABC users lump all their sales against just one customer (eg. called Cash Sales). Not something we recommend, but you are free to use ABC however you wish. They complained that when the "customer" had more than about 90,000 transactions, creating an invoice was much slower across the network.
We are pleased to report that the changes made to ABC have solved the problem. In that worst case, response has improved from a minute to a couple of seconds.
