Recent updates have included some good enhancements requested by users.

When entering an invoice or cashbook items, you can right-click on the Heading Code on a previous line and the Heading Description will be displayed. Makes it easy to check you've entered the correct Analysis Code.

In the ABC Payroll after an employee has left, you can now edit the Date of Leaving. This is useful if you pay employees a week or two in advance or arrears (ABC fills in Today's Date by default -- now you can go and change that).

You can now choose to use the standard MAPI email system (ABC will use your existing email program to send emails) or the internal ABC emailer. Most people will prefer emails to be sent through their own program because you then have a copy in the outbox. To choose which you want ABC to use, go to MAIN MENU > ACCOUNTS UTILITIES > EDIT PARAMETERS > OPTIONS.

Many other smaller enhancements such as ABC will now remember the last note you used on Remittance Advice or Statements, and offer this as default in future. Maximum number of lines on one invoice increased from 99 to 200.
