Hi
I keep having this message pop up every time I click on ABC to load the programme;
(An update for ABC is available. Do you want to download it now? (May take a couple of minutes)Then when I click Yes I get this message;
Unable to get the update. Select YES for full details (assuming you are connected to the internet)So I click on Yes. I get this link;
http://www.abc6.co.uk/support/renewabc.php?serialnbr=xxxxx&company=xxxxxxxxxxxxxxWhich is completely useless. Has anyone else experienced this??
Please HELP!!

It may be the website thinks your support is out of date. I would try downloading the update direct from the website: Support > Downloads.

If this is still a problem, please contact ABC by email or phone. It may be the database on the website needs fixing.
(There is no question about ABC that we can't answer :-)
